The Light source utilises a 300-Watt Lamp, which allows the illuminator to attain a heightened intensity of daylight (natural light) output.
The IsoLux Model 1300 XSB 300-Watt Xenon Fiberoptic Light source is intended to be used with fiber optic cables and surgical headlamps.
