The SYST’AM® DUOFORM  is an innovative combination of gel and HR (High Resilience) Foam.
The High-reticulated viscoelastic polyurethane gel surface: avoids gel migration and therefore preventing all punching of the support. The viscoelastic fluid gel (white pad) ensures the reduction of the Max. pressures on sensitive areas.
The addition of a high-resilience foam base enables the cushion to adapt better to bony protuberances. It provides a larger contact surface and therefore a more effective distribution of pressure. Moreover, it improves patient comfort and stability. Because the two layers of the material are molded together, they are completely bonded, thus eliminating all risk of separating over time.

• Anatomically shaped foam, molded with the gel increases the contact surface and maximises pressure reduction.
• The cushion’s shape also provides greater stability, comfort, and prevents sliding forward when seated, overall improving positioning.
• Available with either the Polymaille cover which has an integrated handle and non-slip base or the Polymaille HD which is coated with welded seams and therefore impervious to fluids.
• The cushion is 100% permeable (waterproof).
