The SallyBoard Patient Transfer boards (or slide boards) are manual handling devices designed to safely transfer patients from one surface to another. They enhance patient safety, whilst reducing the effort required by staff to manoeuvre unconscious or immobile patients.

• Constructed from lightweight, HDPE. (High Density Poly Ethylene)
• SWL of 300Kgs – are not a lifting device. The 300kg SWL is only when gap between transfer surfaces is less than 20cm.
• 3 handles on each side for ease of manoeuvring.
• Smooth top surface and curved edges for easy patient transfer.
• 4 grip strips on underside to keep board in place.
• Good level of flexibility in board where surfaces are not always same level.
• Radiolucent – can be used for x-rays.
• Tested to Australian Standards AS/NZS ISO 10535:2011.
• 2 sizes – Medium and Large
